CONSULTANCY AND SOLUTION
Step wise Information
1. First step in Educational, Behavioural and Career Consultation by Madhurima Ray is interviewing the Student along with their parents or single over telephone.
2. A comprehensive history of the student and family members will be asked. Sometimes students or guardians find it difficult to open their minds. In such instances, i will talk to their immediate family members and friends.
3. The second step is the evaluation of the mental state of the student. Mood and emotional expression, thinking, perception, awareness, memory, concentration, and attitude are some of the evaluation factors.
4. Physical examination of the student is the most important part of the evaluation. Some mental disorders are directly related to the physical state of the patients.
5. Score card of Academic examination of the students is highly mandatory as it will help to understand the educational quality of the student.
6. After all the analysis, students will be given slots according to first come first serve basis for visual counseling over video call. His problem and solution will be discussed in this session.
7. After the completion of call ,students will be given the SOLUTION DATA SHEET where he can find all the solutions in written format along with a schedule that he/she have to be maintained in future.
8. Lastly, I, Madhurima Ray as a friend, philosopher and guide will be always available to all the enrolled students throughout their educational session for any type of solution.
